Connecticut Neighbors advertising placements are limited-inventory marketing reservations tied to custom design work, print production, and mailing schedules.
Because advertising space is limited and production begins shortly after booking, refunds are handled according to the following policy:
Advertising Placement Refunds
Before Design Work Begins
A full refund may be issued if the advertiser requests cancellation before any design work or production preparation has begun.
After Design Work Begins
A full refund may be issued if the advertiser requests cancellation before the final proof is approved by the advertiser or production preparation has begun.
After Final Proof Approval or Print Submission
No refunds will be issued after:

the advertiser approves the final ad proof, or
-
the postcard has been submitted for printing or mailing production.
Missed Deadlines
Advertisers are responsible for providing required materials, approvals, logos, images, and business information by the stated deadlines.
Failure to provide materials or approvals on time may result in forfeiture of the advertising placement without refund.
Mailing & Delivery Disclaimer
Mailing dates, delivery timelines, and distribution estimates are subject to:

circumstances outside our control
